Protein, protein, protein! Where do you get yours from? Are you getting enough? Too much? This is a hot topic these days, but why? The current protein obsession comes from marketing, advertising, and Big Animal Agriculture. Similar to the “low-fat” diet of the 90’s or the margarine craze of the mid-century, protein addiction has taken over our minds and the grocery shelves by storm. Every packaged product seems to loudly label its protein content. However, in the case of protein, more is not better!
