What is Holistic Lifestyle & Nutrition Coaching?
holistic (adj) – characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental, emotional, and physical health.
I know first hand how helpless one can feel when trying to navigate the health world. My approach is centered around support and compassion as we look at the person as a whole, taking into account all aspects of one’s life and body. Through one-on-one coaching of support, encouragement and education, I help guide clients to a place of health and vitality making the transition as smooth as possible.
The power of nutrition, moving the body, and viewing the body as a whole can not be overstated. I believe everything is intimately connected! My holistic approach to healing is centered around this mind-body-spirit philosophy. That means focusing on nutrition and microbiome health as well as exercise, stress management, relationships, thought patterns, and self love. I provide clients with the education and knowledge for them to move forward confidently, feeling empowered to make sustainable improvements to their health and lifestyle. We work together formulating a plan tailored specifically to the client, centered around whole food plants, mindfulness, movement, and support.
Holistic Wellness Coaching
30 Minute Complimentary Phone Consultation – This gives us a chance to get to know one another, learn your goals and concerns, and the programs I provide.
1 on 1 Consultation – If we choose to work together, we’ll schedule a longer extensive health survey and evaluation consultation. This can be done via phone or Skype. Local Wilmington clients can choose to meet in person if they prefer. From there we’ll formulate a personalized plan specific for your health goals to promote healing the mind, body, and spirit.
12 Week Wellness Programs include:

For those who have completed the wellness program and would prefer to sustain weekly check-ins, a maintenance plan is available.
