Through my research and quest for optimal health I found knocking dairy from my diet to be a no-brainer. But why? We’ve been told for decades that milk does the body good. However, the recent research and science says otherwise. Because of this, many countries around the world, most recently Canada, have removed it from their daily dietary recommendations.
