Tofu Ricotta
This Tofu Ricotta recipe is one of the easiest one’s on The Refined Hippie. Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor and you’re done. I love using the ricotta dolloped throughout my veggie lasagna which is a family favorite.
Tofu Ricotta
Ingredients:
- 1 package organic tofu*
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp white miso paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tbsp water
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency. Voila. Use the ricotta in lasagna, on top of pasta, and more!
*Note: I love Trader Joe’s Organic Sprouted Tofu, but any firm tofu will work.
