We sure are living in strange times and emotions seem to be all over the board. Some people are panicking, while others seem calm and collected. Either way the amount of fear, anxiety, and panic surrounding the current state of affairs cannot to overlooked. We’re all being affected by it, not just through the disruption of our daily lives and jobs, but mentally. Trying to manage this stress is of the upmost importance. Stress affects our physical bodies, mental state, and people around us. Today I chat about some ways to manage stress while we’re stuck indoors and in these uncertain times. I also discuss some possible silver linings that can come out of this situation, pollution, connecting back to what’s important, wildlife markets, and pangolins.
