Turmeric Ginger Wellness Shots

It’s that time of the year again. Time to ramp up that immune system to ensure our bodies are in tip top shape so they can fend off any illnesses floating around out there! I love making my usual ginger shots [1], but am switching it up by adding in some anti-inflammatory turmeric!

Turmeric [2] and ginger [3] really are the best couple, don’t you think? They’re both considered superfoods in their own right so pairing them together creates the ultimate health promoting concoction.

It still blows my mind to think of times in my past that I’d go to the bar with friends and take shots! The only “shots” I wanna take these days are “wellness shots”. Who’s with me? 🙂

Makes: 4-5 shots

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in small blender or Nutribullet. Blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Place small strainer over glass jar and strain contents.
  3. Enjoy!
