Braised Purple Cabbage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat coconut in large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes
  3. Stir in cabbage, veggie broth, mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Lower heat to low/medium and cook for 20-30 minutes with lid on. Stirring frequently.
  5. Cabbage is finished when it is the desired tenderness.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
Cabbage is all chopped up and ready to go.
