Today’s episode is with the ever inspiring, Ann Miller, who I’ve been affectionately calling my “essential oil lady” for the past 2 years we’ve known each other. However, that’s just the tip of the iceburg when it comes to her credentials. Ann is multi-faceted, being licensed in massage therapy, an herbalist, clinical aromatherapist, and holistic practitioner. Her passion and enthusiasm for holistic healing stems from her experiences, not only personally, but also that of her loved ones. After spending 8 years battling her own mystery illness, Ann finally got diagnosed with Lyme Disease. But her run in with sickness didn’t stop there. It was every parents worst nightmare having to watch her youngest child, Stephen, battle EOE (eosinophilic esophagitis [1]), a chronic inflammatory disease of the esophagus which makes swallowing painful and difficult. After countless doctors, procedures, and diets, Ann didn’t give up on healing her son holistically. Eventually she DID heal her son using the Gerson Therapy [2], a plant-based protocol that focuses on raw juices, natural supplements, and more.
Ann is a true testament to the power of a mothers intuition, determination, and the love one has for their children. Her story shows the miraculous healing power of plants and never giving up!
